At Bay Rock Physical Therapy, we provide you with one on one care. We provide hands on high quality therapy in a fun, professional, and friendly environment. We currently accept both Medicare, Medicaid, VA community care, Workers Comp, Auto accidents, law suits, and most commercial insurances including Optimum / Freedom, Blue Cross PPO, United Healthcare / Optum, and Humana. Medicare plans we accept include Traditional Medicare, Humana, United Healthcare, Freedom, and Optimum. Medicaid plans we accept include Humana. Rest assured that if we do not accept your insurance or we are out of network with your particular plan, you will never pay more than $60 dollars per session. Our per visit rate without insurance is currently $60 dollars per session including the evaluation. Our services

We treat all types of pain.

We treat patients who have pain in various areas including but not limited too: neck, back, shoulder, elbow, knee, ankle, TMJ, hip, wrist and hand pain. Our clinic treats post op surgical patients from any surgeon and any surgery that needs post op rehabiltation. We also treat headaches and chronic pain conditions including fibromyalgia, complex regional pain syndrome, ehlers-danlos syndrome and other chronic pain conditions.

We treat neurological and vestibular conditions as well.

We treat many different types of neurological conditions in order to improve the patients overall function and ability to perform everyday tasks including but not limited to: stroke, spinal cord injury, spinal nerve damage or lack of innervation to a muscle, spina bifida, myasthenia gravis, multiple sclerosis, parkinson's disease and parkinsonism disorders, cerebral palsy, general weakness, vestibular issues, poor balance and or dizziness as well as any gross motor impairment related to any condition such as autism spectrum disorder and other neurological conditions.

What types of patients do we treat?

We treat all types of patients including: geriatric, bariatric, pediatric, patients with cardiopulmonary disorders, post op surgical patients, patients with generalized pain to a joint, vestibular patients with vertigo and dizziness, patients with general weakness or balance issues, neurological patients who have had a stroke or other neurological disorders including damage to their spinal cord and or nerves. We treat everything!

What do we do to get you better?

We provide you with one on one skilled care with a skilled clinician. They provide manual therapy, exercise prescription, close monitoring during exercises to make sure you are performing them correctly, gait mechanics and posture anaylsis, range of motion and strength assessments and reassessments to measure progress, and an overall holistic and natural approach to healing your body from pain and dysfunction.

What is manual therapy?

We provide hands on manual therapy techniques including massage, myofascial release, soft tissue mobilization, joint mobilizations, instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization, ART, cupping, taping, electrical stimulation and other hands on techniques to decrease muscle imbalances, compensations and poor posture that are the cause of the pain you feel.

Our Staff

Thomas Conlon PT, DPT, owner

Tom earned his doctorate in Physical Therapy from UMass Lowell in May of 2018. He worked at Bay State Physical Therapy in Chelmsford, MA and then more recently at Fit 4 Life Physical Therapy in Tampa, FL as their Clinical Director. He also taught a Clinical Anatomy human cadaver lab to graduate students at UMass Lowell. Tom and his wife Adriana opened up Bay Rock Physical Therapy in Zephyrhills, FL towards the end of 2022. Tom enjoys music, dancing, hockey and basketball. He is an avid Boston Sports fan but also loves the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.

Adriana Conlon MBA, owner

Adriana earned a Masters in Business Administration from Endicott College in 2015. She has worked for CBRE as a commercial real estate project manager since 2015. Adriana along with her husband Tom opened up Bay Rock Physical Therapy in Zephyrhills, FL towards the end of 2022. She is the financial officer of Bay Rock. Adriana in her spare time loves music, dancing, and going to social gatherings with friends and family.

Nora Catholic, PTA

Nora, a licensed PTA since April 2017, has diverse experience in senior nursing facilities, pediatrics, and outpatient clinics in Central Florida. With 11 years of dance background and previous work as a hairdresser, she combines her passion for movement and patient care. Nora in her spare time is a dedicated wife, mother, and a Buccaneers and Florida state football fan.
